With membership packages to suit all budgets, the Aurora Event Services Advertising & Networking Platform offers businesses of all sizes the opportunity to advertise their goods and services locally, regionally or nationally to a targeted audience.
You can choose from one of four membership packages, ranging from our completely FREE Bronze package to our all singing all dancing Diamond Package.
Additional Year 2 services such as the Aurora quick quote system and the Aurora tender & bidding system (see above) are available in higher membership packages, giving suppliers greater visibility and opportunity to quote or bid for event organiser supplier requests.

Want to promote your event locally or nationally? Why not list your event on the Aurora events calendar!
Our events calendar will allow visitors to our website to search national events and filter their results by date, location, age restrictions and event type. Your event will appear in our events calendar and will be linked to your own events profile page where customers can view your event bio, contact information, images & videos, links to your social media and a link to your ticket sales merchant (If required).

Looking for a band, a caterer or videographer for your event but haven’t got the time to hunt around the Internet yourself?
Our unique Quick Quote delivery system will be designed to make it quick and easy for event organisers to find the goods or services they require for their event.
- Event organisers will complete 1 form for the goods or services they require
- Aurora will then forward your sales enquiry to all relevant suppliers.

The Aurora tender & bidding system (Members Only)
Are you organising an event and are looking for multiple goods & service suppliers?
The Aurora tender & bidding system will allow you to upload tenders and documentation to our website detailing your tender requirements and allowing supplier members to bid for the tender opportunities.
A secure members only area will give suppliers the opportunity to ask tender specific questions and for event organisers to respond.
The Aurora tender and bidding system is the perfect way for event organisers to reduce the time, resources and costs associated with finding goods and services for their event.

Our comprehensive marketing strategy focuses or driving traffic to our social media platforms, website and specific supplier categories.
To achieve our marketing strategy we will:
- Invest heavily in SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) to push our website to the top of keyword search engine results
- Use Facebook, Instagram & Google Advertising to drive traffic to our website, specifically our events calendar and supplier directory.
- Attend industry-networking events to grow our brand and increase our visibility within the events and entertainment sectors and to ensure Aurora is the UK’s leading online events and entertainment resource.

At Aurora we feel that transparency is very important for building trusting and long lasting relationships with our members; we want you to know that you are getting a good ROI.
Our Transparency Policy sets out what we, as a company will do to ensure you have visibility of our marketing and advertising activities.
Each year we set ourselves challenging growth targets to drive visitors to our social media platforms and our website; specifically our advertising directory and events calendar and by doing so we aim to increasing the number of potential customers for your business or event.
Upon request, Aurora will provide all paid members with annual statistical reports that highlighting the engagement of visitors to our website and social media platforms.
